I keep randomly getting links for the united states in my bookmarks for my iphone 4s

how do you take a screenshot with your iphone haha.
basiclaly its a folder in my bookmarks called "Links for the United States" and when i click on the folder theres nothing in it. I delete it all the time but it comes back randomly.

Hold your Home and Sleep button at the same time. Should make a click sound and the screen should "flash".
