"iOS 7.0-7.0.4 is safe to upgrade to if you're looking to jailbreak."

what does that mean? does it mean I can upgrade and I wont lose jailbreak?
I'm on 4S with 6.1

It's safe to upgrade if you're looking to jailbreak on iOS 7 when released. Keyword is "looking" to jailbreak, not "wanting" to jailbreak. Edited the sticky to distinguish

You will lose your jailbreak if you upgrade as an iOS 7 jailbreak has not yet been released. If maintaining your jailbreak is important to you, you should stay where you are until the new jailbreak is released.
