Um.........I don't understand at all......sorry. What are you trying to backup? All your Cydia packages?

P.S.:

It's usually not a good idea for jailbreakers to restore from backup. But there are Cydia packages made to backup all your installed tweaks so you can restore them without restoring from a backup in iTunes. But I'm not 100% on what it is exactly your trying to backup.

I don't know what u mean by frameworks. And you Cannot make an ipsw file that has anything backed up in it. You can create ipsw's that have pre-installed Cydia packages tho.

No. It is not possible. You can only backup packages/apps via 3rd party packages but ya cannot make an ipsw that has all your apps and packages preinstalled. That would defeat the purpose of a restore in the first place any way.lol.

However......if you want to take the time (and it will take some time......believe that). You can download or extract all of your downloaded deb files and add the to a custom built ipsw.

Frameworks means previous android user. There isnt anything like a nand backup or system image available. Actually found its not really necessary. If you want your theme backed up just cop ythe themes folder. Everything else is a pretty simple restore.

PKGBackUp has a backup up of all Apple Store apps along with your Cydia stuff - but as others have said its not necessary for an ipsw.. Because iCloud will remember all your apps if you're backed up to it. Or iTunes will store all things Apple. You really only need a backup for Cydia packages and preferences. And there are several that do that from Cydia; like PKGBackUp or XBackUp (I think).

First i want to thanks everyone answer about my question
i asked about backup my current IOS as IPSW bcoz it will be the best way n i thought its possible :(
the main problem that's iTunes with me don't synchronize well ,iTunes blocked at (waiting to apply change-step 6/7 without any errors code, BTW am computer engineer n I try many methods to solve this problem but I failed ) and iTunes can't complete the synchronizing processing as well, so that’s why am seek for another way to backup, Already am found ( ifunbox) to back up all my ipa apps, photo's,music's and video, n already saved my theme from cydia n deb fils, but still dreaming to get un method for saving our IOS as IPSW :))
thanks for all

iTunes is a perfectly stable application. If you're having trouble with it then most likely there's something wrong in your system or phone that's preventing it from working properly. Apple makes only stable products before they release them. So you're better off trying to find out what the problem is with your system's interacting with iTunes than to be searching for an IPSW solution. In 20 years of working with Apple and in the last 10 years of working with iTunes I've never had a single problem with iTunes; not even once. Now, of course, I'm running it from the Apple OS. If you're running iTunes from a PC then you could have an extra problem or two. But many people I speak to on here have never had a problem with iTunes on PC OS either. Good luck. An ipsw solution sure would make things simpler!

Are you on Windows or Mac?

Any way....open iTunes, click help in top left corner in that menu you'll find a tab that says "run diagnostics" r sutten like that run all of them.

It might say nothing was wrong, but probably will......either way....this diagnostic test usually fixes any syncing problems. A terminal window will pop up......just let it do it's thing.

Often a restore is not needed for syncing problems.....,but it might be. Just have to run the the test.

thanks 2 all
i check my iTunes by "run diagnostics" and its said every thing ok :) btw i use iTunes under windows 7

Okay cool. Often when u have a syncing issue and run diagnostics, iTunes won't even recognize a problem.....bit will still fix the issue any way.........weird.
