Purchased Ringtone Missing

I purchased the screenshot'd ringtone that now seems to have gone missing. I just used it for my kids alarm. It worked and must have been on my phone yesterday but today not. I did sync my phone this morning to my PC. Can the iTunes on my PC have caused this?

Were you doing anything on your iPhone shortly before you noticed that the ringtone was missing? Have you checked your purchase history? It should be there and be available really-download.

I checked on my iPhone, nothing. The ringtone name was still selected for the alarm tone but played something different. It's also not showing as purchased

I hopped on the PC opened iTunes and it's showing up in the times folder. I'll try syncing again

When syncing it must have screwed up. But doesn't explain why it doesn't show up as a purchase in iTunes on my phone.
