My Friend in Romania has an iPhone 4 and I want to share a ringtone. I sent instructions on how to do it but eventhou the Tone appears in iTunes it does not sync down, also when I asked to try and buy directly from iTunes store using iPhone, the Selection does not appear on the iPhone, while my MORE menu in iTunes has 7 selections the iPhone in Romania only has 3 selections. Does anyone have and idea on what the issue is or can someone direct me to where I can find some clues.
