Someone is texting me from what I think is a tracfone or net10 or something. Is there any way to find out who it is? Can a police buddy find out for me?

Nope. These phones have no registration information.

Oh well. I will worry about it if it gets to be harrassment but its not. Just annoying some times. Thanx.

Finding out who it is... nope. However, blocking them from calling/texting is a more likely solution. Contact your wireless provider and see if they offer call/text blocking capabilities.

Try to find out who does it, Check with the provider? It can’t be cops because they don’t text , they come and get you.
