I upgraded my iPhone 4 with the new version was taking pictures without opening the phone now I can't get into my pictures no matter what I do,it throws me out whenever I try to do anything with my pics no matter what app I'm in

Hard reset (previously stated). If that fails (shouldn't), backup and restore.
