The area around the lighthouse reminds me of Helsinki.My trip to Peggy’s Cove. The Peggy’s Point lighthouse is the most photographed lighthouse in the world.

I suppose they started their project, and then had to stop for want of money, or something like that? Do you know what this was supposed to become?Filling in the excavation for a failed building project. The cost to fill the hole will be about 3.3 million dollars which will be added to the property tax bill.

It would have been spectacular, certainly worth a visit. The building was supposed to be the tallest building in Saskatchewan with condos on the upper floors and a hotel on the lower floors.
No, it’s only been there since 2015, as the start of construction was repeatedly delayed. No work has been done since September 2017.It would have been spectacular, certainly worth a visit. So this hole has been there for at least 7 years?
