I know some German words are used in English as well. I didn‘t know „Glockenspiel“ is one of them. There are are few of these in Austria as well. The one in Salzburg is the one most people know, I suppose.
I like the meaning of the bells in your pictures. It does not only apply to people originating from different countries.

The glockenspiel was reinstalled in its original location after spending years in storage. There is also a manual keyboard that can be used when desired.

It’s part of a 6’ diameter burl at the base of the trunk of a cut down maple tree. The bark is peeled off.

This isn’t as Gross as the Raw picture.
Lol…(sigh) [emoji55] It looks like Fungus or like the mushrooms that grow on a tree once it’s dying. I can’t look at it…Maybe partly because I love & appreciate trees and the tree is dying and sick or just because it’s not a Nice Look. Some may find it interesting.
