Orientation

My iphone 4 seems to have an issue with orientation. It can be almost impossible to get it to orientate the way I want it. I know about the orientation lock on it so that is not the issue. It seems to get stuck and does not want to leave the way it is oriented. I try shaking it and that does not seem to help.

Its all how you hold it an turn it. It annoys me too at times when I want to change it and can't. I would think there would be a shortcut or trick to make it rotate but there is not.
