Old shared photo stream to new phone

I had a 5s with a few photo streams shared with friends and family, upgraded to the 6 and the photo streams haven't populated on my phone( been over a week) any thoughts on how to get them back on my phone.

I know my photo stream is no longer there and I don't care about that one but the shared ones are all I care about.

In your Photos app, click on Photos on the bottom left and check out what collections and moments transfered over. Mine included pictures from my IPhone 4 & Iphone 5.
