my phone works fine except for in my facebook messenger app and my TextNow app the alerts are not alerting...they are on in settings and they viberate but do not alert. i dont know why and my keyboard clicks are on but dont work either....it's like the phone sound is on viberate but it's not....anyone have this issue before..
