not receiving texts with photos attached

I have an iphone 4s on verizon. I am not receiving texts that have photos attached. Not receiving texts with photos attached, either from another iphone 4s on ATT, nor from an android on Verizon. Can not figure out what the reason is that I am not receiving these texts

Don't know if any help but I'm in UK with a 4s that won't send or receive texts with a picture attached. My network says that since software upgrade by Apple MMS not working correctly on their network! They say the same thing happened with release of 4.1.
