Noisy text & Loud Notification

when I type text in any part of the iPhone it is loud. When it notifies me with a sound, it is also loud. I've looked over settings and see no reason for it to exist this way

Keyboard clicks in settings somewhere needs to be off

Turn off Keyboard Clicks in Settings - Sound, or turn down the volume on your iPhone. That can be done with the volume buttons, or in the Control Centre (swipe up feom the bottom of your iPhone's screen to get the Control Centre, to access the Volume, swipe to the left).
