No "reader" button in Safari

I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5. There is no "reader" button in the url box in Safari. Any suggestions?

That feature has to be able to determine if it can parse the data properly. Since websites can layout the data any way they want, Reader is at the mercy of the site.

alot of forums have it...
go to www.moddedmustangs.com you will see reader button once the page loads all the way
