Welcome!! The 16gb is good for most unless you have alot of videos or music. Other than that the features are the same.

ATT is the only carrier in the us. I have the 32gb model. But as I said before there is no difference besides the size of storage.

thanks I will wait until my contract is up in Nov. Then go too ATT and get the Iphone 4
