Apple is introducing a new service that is definitely worth passing along with all the other big news today. The new AppleCare+ service extends your warranty coverage and tech support for two years from the date of purchase and now also protects you from those accidental mishaps. This warranty must be purchased at the time you pickup your new phone, so you if your gunning for an iPhone 4s you have some time to think about. With a pricetag of $99, it could sure save you money down the road if something catastrophic were to happen to your iPhone.

AppleCare+ for iPhone extends repair coverage and technical support to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone and adds coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage due to handling, each subject to a $49 service fee.
