Need help with cydia

So I just jailbroke my iPhone 4s windows with absinthe I did as said the only thing was when selecting the absinthe app it was white so I just toggle VPN on n it respring n Curia was there but now when I try to download something this shows

Does anyone know why?

You will need to rejailbreak that is what fixed it for me.
