need help after iLex RAT having Apple ID issues

Ok so I have an iPhone 6 plus. Was on 8.1.2 jail broken. I wanted to restore back to stock without losing jailbreak. I tried iLex RAT and it froze the phone to where I had to put it into DFU mode. Got the phone restored but had to upgrade to 8.3. Since then I needed to do a factory reset. I went in and reset everything on the phone. Now it's asking for an Apple ID b*****@1****.com what could I have done?? I've restored it before with no issues. But tonight it flagged this weird Apple ID that I have no idea where it came from. Please help. Could iLex Rat have installed a weird Apple ID

Ilex rat could not have put that Apple ID on your iPhone.
Did you buy this iPhone used? If so, the Apple ID belongs to the original owner. The only way to activate the phone is to input the Apple ID snd password of the original owner. There is no way to bypass this requirement.

Did you transfer any music onto your iPhone from outside iTunes?

I'm the original owner. I bought it new from Verizon. And no I didn't put any outside music on it. But I did use unlimitTones for free ringtones.
