Movies onto External HD

I want to take all the movies I have bought and rip it to an external hd. What pc program is best to do this?

I like the seagate go flex satellite You can take movies off and play them on iPod. iPhone. I pads and lappies. Wireless. 500 GB for about 200.00 I ordered one from best buy. You can even use it in the car like for kids movies ...wireless or charger. Hope you check it out it's worth it.....
