Mobile exchange notifications

Hi I have just set up gmail and hotmail on my iPhone mail app using mobile exchange. I am receiving badges for new mail but not notification pop ups, any ideas greatly appreciated. I am running iOS 4.3.3 thanks

I don't think that the eMail app comes with popup notification. So your email is working like it should.

I need help updating my jailbroken phone I go to update an it says there is no Internet connection an a week ago it told me session timed out I need to return my phone and get a rw one but can't until I do this can someone please help me restore it
