My iphone 5 screen shows it's magnified...I can't get it back to normal size even after rebooting

You may have the "Zoom" feature of your iPhone activated. Try triple-clicking on your Home button and see if that fixes the issue.

If it doesn't, go to your Settings app > General > Accessibility and ensure the "Zoom" feature is OFF.

Hopefully, that will fixe your issue. Holler back if it doesn't ...

I have the same problem.
I restarted my iPhone 5 and had great difficulties in entering the code that it insists on following restart. I did manage that eventually.
Triple clicking the start button displays some of the Accessibility menu which is in an inactive state.

I cannot access the Settings App.

Help please.

Try tapping the home screen with 3 fingers, twice.

Welcome to iPhoneForums, BrendanChandler!

If you're able to scroll through the whole Accessibility feature in Settings - General, make sure that Accessibility Shortcut at the bottom of the list is turned off. If Zoom has a checkmark next to it, remove it, or else this could happen again.
