Lost contacts while messing with iTunes, please help!!!

Was on iTunes messing with some stuff, trying to figure out how to put music on my phone and I clicked something, don't know what and now all my contacts are gone....Someone please help me recover them!!!!

If they are still on your iPhone they'll reverse sync. If you've wiped them restore from your backup.
