Lost app and shortcuts

Since upgrading to iOS 6 on my iPhone 4s, I can no longer find my calculator and several apps shortcuts are missing too. I can only open these apps from the Apps Store but is there a way to restore the shortcuts? And what happened to my calculator? It is just gone. Thanks for your help.

It was moved to the utilities folder when I upgraded. Try there
