I just changed the LCD on an iPhone 4S for a customer because the digitizer was broken. The new LCD I installed was fine for a day and then had a issue with flickering and kind of jumping a bit like the new LCD was going bad, so I installed another new LCD and it was fine for a day, but now it has started flickering again. Also, I have put the first new LCD that was flickering on another iPhone, and it hasn't been flickering or jumping at all, could it be the iPhone 4S that has the problem?
