Dear Users, Can someone help me to upgrade my ios to 6.1.2 / 6.1.3 with untethered jailbreak option. I have Iphone 4 GSM with ios 5.0.1 currently running (jailbroken already).

Unless you have SHSH blobs for your particular device for iOS 6.1.2 already saved you cannot restore selectively to iOS 6.1.2, and your only option would be 6.1.3 which is tethered jailbreakable as Scifan57 has already said.
