Itunes cant read contents of iphone

Every time I try to sync my phone with iTunes it comes up with the message that it can't read the contents of the phone and that I should restore to factory settings!!

Reset your phone and restart your computer, i had this happen to me once and that seemed to fix the issue. There is a glitch in the software and resetting them will help.

Tried that a few times even re installed iTunes that didn't work defo need to get to an Apple store to sort out my phone issues!!

Did a restore which updated iso to 4.3.5 now works fine took 4 hours in total though!!
