I'm afraid that the only iOS version you can upgrade to is the latest version, iOS 7.1. Even if you downloaded the file for an earlier iOS version it would not install, as part of the upgrade process is a verification with Apple servers. Since Apple is no longer signing iOS 7.0.6, the verification step will fail. You will have to stay where you are or wait for the release of an iOS 8 jailbreak whenever one is released.
