It has been released yesterday. If you participate in one of the Beta programs, you get it earlier.

Some early people have not been very happy with their upgrade.

Like @scifan57 I’ve had iOS17.3 for quite a while now (Beta program) with no ill effects. When you say some early people have not been happy have you seen or read anything specific?

Some people did have a problem with one of the Betas causing a bootloop. As far as I know, the problem has been resolved.

The Beta testers are users who test them out in the full knowledge that everything may not be perfect.

Apple used and uses volunteers who are participating in the Beta programs as testers. To participate, you have to join the program and enroll your device.

Nightmare for me, 8 hours of restarting every 3 mins, they defintley havent resolved anything except the overheating issue as far as im aware, i believe the next big update is around the 4th of feb.
