iPhone stolen can I restore if I erased backup from itunes?

Hi,

I went deleted my iphone backup from itunes because I was having some memory. (Mac user: iTunes > Preferences. Selected the Devices tab, Selected my iPhone from the list and click Delete Backup.)
Someone stole my iphone so I had to buy a new one but I would like to recover my data.

Is it possible to recover the deleted backup file so I can use it in my new iphone?

Please answer even if the answer is NO

IF the files are deleted and they are not in your trashcan to recover, then no you can't get them back.
