iPhone No Service after Unlocking

Recently updated my iPhone via iTunes, it was locked after that.Used Redsn0w to unlock it now its showing no service.

Did you install Ultrasn0w from Cydia? Hook up to a WiFi and then go to Cydia. Add: repo666.ultrasn0w.com to the repos in Cydia then search for UltraSn0w and install it.

1. Uninstall both Ultrasn0w and mobile substrate in Cydia.
2. Respring/Restart the phone.
3. Install Ultrasn0w and mobile substrate.
4. Respring/Restart the phone.
5. Insert SIM card(If you haven´t already).

here is your problem you updated your phone(im assuming to 4.2.1) the only real thing that you can do is rejailbreak your phone with the ipad bandwidth (one extra check mark in redsnow) then unlock via ultrasnow warning though there is no way to undo it and it will probably kill your GPS in the phone
