iPhone Enterprise Administration Resources

I'm looking to deploy about 15-20 iPhones in our organization but i'm not 100% aware of the available or preferred techniques and tools.

I would imagine that the easiest way to connect the phones would be through ActiveSync, but I wanted to know if there were other configurations(and resource materials) available to create custom configurations for each phone. Is there such thing as a server level utility to manage the iPhones like BES for Blackberry?

In our office we use FileReflex Enterprise to access our office server. With FileReflex Enterprise it makes easy to view all files in server.
