iphone 4s wifi issue

Hello everybody!
A friend of mine tried to install the latest ios 6.1.1 over a jailbreaked iphone 4s and since then she had a problem with wifi .... iphone couldn't find any wireless network ..so i tried to install the vanilla ios 6.1.1 several times + hard reset and seemed to work but only for 10 minutes ..then the reset to network settings was just a temparary solution because after 10minutes the issue appears again... any solution???? thank you!!!

Vanilla iOS? Double check that it's not the wifi's problem.

vanilla ios : i mean untouched ios 6.1.1 ipsw from apple .... i installed this from itunes with the shift + restore method
