iPhone 4s fails to upload 3 minute video to facebook

I was at a hot political debate in the Maryland Senate and wanted to post a timely video of a friend testifying. I was disappointed when the 3 minute video failed to upload on 3G several times. I was stunned to find it also failed several times once I was connected to my home Wi-Fi (three hours later).
It's now the next day and I am having to connect my phone to my work PC and download the video then upload it from my PC to Facebook.

Does any have any suggestion how I might have been able to achieve this task on my phone or is it a limitation?

i have never had that happen to me before?? i uploaded this video thats 3.24 to youtube over 3G with no problems at all i have done a 5min video to facebook aswell your signal might of dropped while uploading but that doesn't explain your WiFi issue though........
