I am looking for all the iphone 4s ringtones that are on the actual phone by default. Is there a place to download them?

You don't have to download them, they're already on the phone. All you do is choose which one you want. Go to Settings>Sounds>Ringtone. Chose a ringtone from the list and tap on it. Your ringtone is now changed.
