Hi i have a iphone 4 jailbroke on 6.13 can this be unlocked without buying
when i bought it new unopened on the box it said genric unlocked what ever that means

If the device is factory unlocked which I'm assuming is what they mean by generic unlock, then it can be used on any GSM network assuming its a GSM iPhone 4
