Iphone 4 activation problem

When i activate my phone connect with itunes..i tunes error show 08ex000004
How can i solve this problem please help me

I did a google search on it and in all cases, it came back to a COMPUTER REGISTRY issue. They each listed a downloadable repair tool to resolve the issue. As I am not familiar with any of the sites that were listed, I will not recommend any of them. I suggest you google it and make the call if you want to do as suggested.
