IOS 7 on my 3rd gen ipad jumping too fast while browsing.

Has anyone else noticed while browsing using Firefox or Safari, that it's a little touchy when you want to swipe or scroll, it takes you to the link instead? It seems a little touchy.

I use Safari, Chrome and Mercury for browsing on my iPad 3rd Generation, with iOS 7.0.2, and have not noticed any change in behavior with scrolling when my finger touches the link as part of the scroll motion.
