Now it shows the message "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2006)." and it doesn't allow me to do anything!!! I am stuck here and with no iPhone for the last 5 hours! Please any advise?

I suggest you give Apple a ring, Your 5s will still be under warranty and as the update caused your problem I'm sure they will help, Please let us know how it goes.....
Before taking the iPhone in to Apple to have it checked, try changing the cable you used to connect the iPhone to iTunes on your computer. Try to do the update with the new cable. If it still doesn't work, take it to an Apple store for a full diagnostic.
