iOS 7.1 beta 5 seeded to developers

iOS 7.1 beta 5 has been released to developers, and comes with tweaks towards Siri localization based on language and region, bringing an enhanced interaction with Siri. Also note that an AppleTV beta has also been released to improve iPad mirroring with the AppleTV as well.

The iPad version is quite a bit smaller, 63MB, compared to 98.2MB for the iPhone version.
