iOS 27 changes all apps' cellular data usage to "on"

To save data usage, I only had cellular data usage turned on for essential apps. iOS 27 update change all to "on". This left me with the tedious process of turning most of them off.

Why would the update make these changes?

I just checked this out, and I'm not seeing what you are. The apps that were denied access to cellular data are still showing "OFF".
