Here’s the new app library on my iPhone XS.
To get to the app library you swipe to the left on your last home screen. If you tap on the multiple icons at the bottom right of one of the folders it will open up and show all the apps in that folder. If there’s no multiple icons section in a folder it means that there are 4 or less apps in that particular category.

Here’s the Health & Fitness category folder opened up.

If you have an Apple Watch there have been massive changes in the Activity App.

Here’s a widget on the home screen. You just drag it to a home screen from the widget page.

You can also tap the plus sign at the top left of a home screen when it’s in edit mode. Select your widget and in some cases the size as well and then tap the Add Widget button to add it to your home screen.
