Internet Radio Broadcaster App?

Yoyoyo! Representing Boise, ID, I'm looking for an app to host a webshow in a radio style. I use UStream all the time, but I'm more looking for an app now that I can do a live broadcast from my iPhone. Like a desktop app, maybe even be able to live mix audio and whatnot. Know of any apps?
