Internal mic problem

Hi guys

I have an iphone with a bit of a damaged microphone. When i am on the phone every once in a while i can my own voice when speaking to the other person. I know its my phone because i called someone else and the problem still occurs. I was hoping to buy a new dock connector (since the microphone is built onto it) and to fit it on myself. Does anyone have any good video/pic tutorials on how to replace the dock connector of an iphone 4?
