Apple have told me that my iOS on my phone is iOS 6 something but when i connect it to my Laptop in iTunes it says my iOS is 7.1.2 can you help.

Thanks

When you go into Settings- General- About what version does it give you?

Go to Settings>General>About>Version and see what it says. This will show the iOS version that is actually on your iPhone.

Thanks to you both.

It says iOS 7.1.2 which is what I wanted. Can I ask you why I cannot find the frequent
Location bar?

Do you mean Location services?
Go to Settings- Privacy- Location Services, You can toggle this on and off.

No it said in the Daily Mail that you go to system devices and scroll to the bottom of the page and delete it. The newspaper article said it allows Apple to gather information about you. And it was added by Apple without people knowing.

Thanks again for your help

This what I found, Location services has to be ON to find it-
Go to Settings, and Privacy, Then, click Location Services at the top, which will probably say ‘on’. Scroll right to the bottom of the menu and click System Services. Finally, press Frequent Locations, which is the last option.
