icloud find my phone, cannot locate from PC

It used to work...but I think since I synched with itunes on my PC, the find my phone app doesn't work. Message says on PC "cannot locate phone"

Does anyone know how I can correct this please?

The app works on my phone and the map comes up but it doesn't work from my PC.
