i phone 4 update problems

im trying to update my phone with the new update and it does it for about 20 minutes then says its timed out, can anyone help?

It's simply Apple Servers overloaded, give it some time as many more will hit them for these updates over the weekend

Sorry believe it's a bigger issue then just busy servers. Everyone around me has been able to download the 5.0 but I STILL get the "network connection has failed" message

the easiest way is powered off your iPhone 4 and then power on, and upgrade again....

I had the same problem, and come to find out it was my firewall/antivirus causing the problem. Try turning off your antivirus software, do the update, then turn it back on... Worked first time I tried after turning the antivirus off, after about 20 fails with the antivirus turned on. Good luck

Dear All,

Im also in same trauma that weather if i upgrade to iOS 5 or not. Can anyone help me the step by step process... here's my details of my iphone below :

iphone 4 (Factory unlocked)
Version : 4.3.5 (8L1)
Modem Firmware 04.10.01

itunes version 10.5

Now, i have iOS 5 ipsw file (downloaded) - iPhone3,1_5.0_9A334_restore.ipsw
and ready to upgrade but before that i would like to know all the consiquences that will be come during it's upgrade.
I would like to get help if i can process this upgrade or not? After upgrade will my SIM work or not? and if possible how can i get SIRI in my iphone 4?

Above are my few question, please give me some suggestion...
