I need help my phone is stuck on factory mode

Hi my I think my phone is stuck on a loop.Rays of black and white appear then it says it needs to be plugged into iTunes. can anyone help me.

When your iPhone shows the iTunes logo, it doesn't help when you simply connect it to iTunes. You have to restore it using recovery mode. Here are the instructions:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
It's necessary to follow them exactly, or else this won't work.
