How xxx you turn of text recognition to fill in boxes?

Hi. I am struggling with the text recognition option when filling in boxes online. I use 1Password but this is being prevented by the text recognition option and it’s driving me nuts!!! Any help greatly appreciated.

Make sure Autofill is turned off. Go into Settings, Safari and scroll down to Autofill.
