scifan5767 Administrator Staff member Jun 1, 2020 #2 Since you can’t get into settings there’s no way to see what iOS version is on the iPad. Connecting it to a computer won’t help as you still need the correct Apple ID and password to view it in iTunes or Finder. Last edited: Jun 1, 2020
